Approval of Customer Service Charter by Board

The Chairman and Members of the Board of Directors of Ekiti State Water Corporation have reviewed and approved the Corporation’s Customer Service Charter, a key policy document designed to enhance transparency, accountability, and service excellence.

The Customer Service Charter provides customers and stakeholders with comprehensive information on the scope of services offered by the Corporation, service standards, customer rights and responsibilities, and established channels for enquiries, feedback, and complaints. This initiative reflects the Corporation’s commitment to improving service delivery, strengthening customer engagement, and promoting a customer-focused culture in line with best practices in public water utility management.
