Engr. Timothy Temitayo Owolabi Profile
Engr. Timothy Temitayo OWOLABI was born to Late Mr Gabriel Idowu OWOLABI and Mrs Grace Apesola OWOLABI of Ise-Ekiti, Ekiti State on December 12, 1976. He had his early education at St John’s Anglican Primary School, Ise-Ekiti and United Comprehensive High School, Ise-Ekiti. He received a National Diploma Certificate from and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical /Electronic Engineering from Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti and Federal University of Technology, Akure in 1998 and 2004 respectively.
In 2008, Temitayo was employed and deployed by Ekiti state Government to Ministry of Works and Infrastructure as Electrical Engineer II. Rising through ranks and services in various offices and positions, Engr T.T Owolabi has served as projects supervisor and as a team member for project monitoring in Ekiti State. Due to his interest in Public Procurement, he converted from Engineering to Procurement cadre in 2019.

Ministry of works & Infrastructure: Head, Construction and Maintenance Unit, Electrical Department (2009-2011);
Ekiti State Public Works Corporation: Electrical Project supervisor (2011-2014);
Ekiti State Ministry of Works and Transportation: Head, Planning and Design unit, Electrical Department (2014-2017);
Ekiti State Ministry of Budget and Economic Planning: Head, Electrical projects unit, Project Monitoring and Evaluation Department (2017-2019);
Ekiti State Ministry of Health and Human Services: Director, Procurement Department (2019-2023);
Ekiti State Water and Sewerage Company Limited : Director, Procurement Department (2023 till date).

A loving family man, he is married to his heartthrob Mrs Kehinde Eunice Owolabi.The marriage is blessed with adorable children.
