In October, 1990, he was employed into the civil service of Ondo State as a Personnel Officer in Administrative Department of Ondo State Agricultural Development Project. He was one of the Civil Servants to the Civil Service of Ekiti State when Ekiti State was created in 1996. He is currently the Director, Administration and Supplies of Ekiti Water and Sewerage Company Limited. Mr Fasusi is a very experienced and knowledgeable Administrative Officer as he had worked in different Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) across Ondo and Ekiti State which include.
